I was presented multiple options with the benefits and cost of each option discussed. I ended up replacing my furnace, A/C, added a steam humidifier and an iwave. My old fan driven humidifier could barely get my house to 25% and now I have it sitting at 45% in no time. There was no pushy sales or trying to sell me on paying for yearly maintenance up front. Also, had one minor issue and they were out that day to fix it. Can't recommend them enough!!
